NOSE: Its high complexity becomes apparent at the first sniff. Notes of black fruits, red cherries, plums, raisins, menthol and spices; totally integrated are complexity increasing hints of wood, such as smoke, toast and caramel coming from the aging in new French oak barrels for 16 months.
MOUTH: Wine of very high structure and volume, which rapidly fills the mouth. It’s very fleshy and round, with well present but soft tannins. It is the Cabernet Sauvignon, which provides the tannic structure, and the Malbec the fleshy roundness which characterize it. The aromas in the mouth are very complex, predominated by red fruits and spices. It is a very elegant and harmonious wine, in which the acidity and freshness give it a balance and length in the mouth that assures an excellent and prolonged aging in bottle.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: Between 16 and 18 ºC. TECHNICAL DATA: Alcohol 14.0% v/v. OPTIMAL MATURITY: Recommended consumption is between 2008 and 2020. PRODUCTION LIMITED TO:17,000 bottles.
