COLOR: Intense red-violet.
NOSE: Elegant and intense. Red cherries, violets and plums predominate. Later there are notes of aging, which denote the wine’s passage through French oak barrels, such as the soft caramel, smoke and toast, which are very integrated to the fruity and floral profile of the wine.
MOUTH: Big bodied wine. It’s fleshy, round qualities create a velvety feeling in mouth. The mature and smooth tannins and acidity give an excellent balance and freshness, assuring very good longevity and the potential for aging in the bottle. The aromas in the mouth are fruity and intense, especially notable are the plums and cherries, together with the soft notes of caramel. Its aromatic persistence is very important, giving a long, harmonious, elegant and smooth finish.
TECHNICAL DATA: Alcohol 13.9% v/v.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: Between 16 and 18 ºC.
