| COLOR: Dark intense red. |
| NOSE: Intense and very fruity. Its characteristic notes are raspberries, plums, blackberries and cassis. After the fruits appear some notes from the wood like vanilla, caramel and toast, of the 12 months of ageing in French oak. |
| MOUTH: This is a very gentle and drinkable wine. It is very fruit forward, and intense also on mouth aromas. Its soft tannins and its light body and structure makes this wine very juicy and easy drinking, as well as its acidity that gives a fresh sensation and a pleasant glass. At the end of the mouth it has a considerable length and it is very enjoyable alone as it is with different fruit pairings. |
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: between 16 and 18 ºC.
Production limited to 3.000 cases.
TECHNICAL DATA: Alcohol 14.5% v/v.
PERIOD OF MATURITY: recommended consumption is between 2010 and 2015..
